* Well-developed knowledge of a variety of construction contracts and of contract law.
* Sound logical and highly analytical thinker as a precursor to creative development of solutions to problems.
* Excellent oral, written, design sketching, report writing, project monitoring & management skills.
* Substantial IT experience in Autocad, Archicad, Codebook, Excel, Photoshop, sketch-up & Primavera.
* Expertise in life-safety and accessible-environment design compliance.
* I have the design, technical & contractural skills, experience & commitment to deliver projects to agreed goals.
