I wasn’t totally clear in my mind exactly what I wanted from a new member of staff but after discussion with Ian he helped me to clarify what I needed and wrote the job spec. / advert.
He only presented top quality candidates for me to appraise and interview which kept the time I spent looking to an absolute minimum. All for a reasonable fee. Great service, I would definitely recommend.
