The role & tasks of the Administration Assistant

This role supports the Manager of Installation & Projects, you will be required to ensure a seamless and smooth process is adhered to.

In addition, you will be of the character that can take ownership, be relied upon, dependable organised applying a high level of attention to detail, and will assist with adhoc administrative duties supporting the Manager.

  • Creating work packs for the engineers to carry out Installation projects
  • Updating the CRM daily
  • Placing orders with suppliers specific to Projects and contracts
  • Creating work documents and manuals for projects and contracts
  • Coordinating meetings

Required skills & experiences of the candidate  

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Have good command of the English language, both verbally & written.
  • Punctual, reliable
  • Customer Service
  • Experience with updating CRM
  • Familiar with excel and MS word packages
