Office Coordinator, Engineer Scheduler

Location – Luton, Bedfordshire

Start date – August 2019

Salary – 19K – £21K dependent on experience

Summary of role

You must possess experience in scheduling in or booking for the Field Engineers, plus have excellent attention to detail, requiring minimal supervision while performing other administrative duties for a busy buzzy office.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for a keen and ambitious Office Coordinator to join this highly motivated, forward thinking, and proactive company.
The role requires the diary management of field engineers as well ensuring the necessary administrative tasks are completed in good time for their small works department.

The candidate must have excellent computer skills with Windows and MS Office as well as being comfortable with our own CRM system. Experience with coordinating field engineers would be a distinct advantage, particularly if it’s within the security and fire safety industry.

Summary of Role

As Office Coordinator, you will be required to schedule update the existing Client database, manage client relationships, schedule communication via the CRM for telephone email or face to face contact from Managers, Engineers through to Directors.

You will be of the character that can take ownership, be relied upon, dependable organised, assist with adhoc administrative duties supporting the Office Manager as the company continues to grow.
