Summary of Role
As an Account Manager you will be required to nurture the existing Client database, manage & build client relationships, schedule communication via the CRM for telephone email or face to face contact from Managers, Engineers through to Directors.
You will be of the character that can take ownership, be relied upon, dependable organised, assist with adhoc administrative duties supporting the Office Manager as the company continues to grow.
Schedule Engineer calls with commercial or residential installations or maintenance and essentially become the first port of call for commercial activities between the company and clients.
Further down the Road implement their social media a footprint, updating as Facebook, Twitter LinkedIn to increase their presence and promote these achievements across Social Media.
This is a very rewarding position; the right candidate will become a key player in the team.
