Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ success as a Recruitment Consultant within the white-collar construction sector who has managed a team.
- A driven and ambitious individual who is seeking the opportunity to be given the autonomy to take their career to the next stage as a Business Leader, influencer managing and mentoring a growing team of recruiters.
- A good understanding of the white-collar sector, recruiting Project Managers, Surveyors, Contract Managers and similar type of vacancies
- The ability to add new ideas and shape this division
- Confident in front of clients with the ability to leverage existing client relationships with the ability to spot & win new business
