Summary
As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be based in our client’s offices in the Harpenden area where you will contact UK companies to offer our client’s services.
Key areas
Include electric, gas, telecommunications, insurance & water as well as a host of additional business services & products.
This is a fast-moving role, with a real team buzz and enjoyment. Every day is different and the successful applicant needs to be good at Sales, must be organised, confident at identifying new sectors and speaking with key decision makers.
Support
Support Managers are in place to assist with administrative & account management duties.
What exactly does the job entail?
- You will be presenting the no Risk ‘health check’ proposition to potential clients, organising meetings, proposals & contracts in key areas and logging the data and information on a state of the art bespoke CRM to track future prospects
- Potential clients you will need to be calling include Care homes, Hotels, Restaurants & Accountants etc – etc
- Obtaining contract, copy billing & schedules in order to prepare analysis for the client, comparing various suppliers’ rates and terms.
- Planning negotiating single and multiple year Contracts with your clients.
- Utilise sector training to become an expert Consultant
- Follow up and build relationship with clients
Desired skills
- Motivated, proactive individuals who enjoy speaking on the phone with an excellent telephone manner
- Clear voice, and the ability to engage with intelligent business conversation
- Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential
- Desire to build your own clientele
- Confident, goal-driven and enthusiastic about picking up the phone and making it happen!
- A team orientated attitude
- Training on our client’s bespoke CRM system and sectors will be provided
