The Role
A typical day will include networking, sourcing, and screening high quality candidates, liaising with clients face to face as well as on the telephone, along with selling our services to both clients and candidates.
The preferred candidate will ideally have previous exposure to one or all of the following:
- Building Relationships
- Business Development
- Cold Calling experience
- Previously working within a target driven environment
- 6-12 months+ recruitment or sales experience
Core skills and competencies such as resilience, motivation and determination are required to succeed in this position. A career in recruitment is heavily target based and can be highly pressurised when being involved in bringing on new business and meeting deadlines.
