We are recruiting, identifying talent fir a veterinary group in the UK
Our client is established and has received awards year on year for excellence, and has grown year on year.
Our client is a A-rated sponsor for visas, which means they can apply for a certificate of sponsorship for the right candidate. The whole process from start to finish takes up to 3 months. They are happy to pay up to £5000 in relocation fees for the right candidate or candidate & family of four relocating to the UK.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of vets, nursing and reception staff at an established Practice. Responsible for consulting, surgery, diagnosis and treatment of patients, inpatient care, managing and supervising reception and nursing staff with regard to clinical standards, customer service, pricing and estimating fees, adherence to regulations and ethical conduct, dealing with client concerns, stock control etc
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed:
Minimum of 5 years small animal practice, being involved in the responsibilities described above, working with high volumes of patients.
Managerial & communication skills
Ability to manage staff and deal with clients.
