We are recruiting a Supervisor/ Foreman for a small dynamic powder coating company in the Bletchley area, they are an established firm & are growing getting busier year on year.
The team & the business
Two Directors & 6 powder coat sprayers have been with the company for long time, once employees start they tend to stay, the longing serving member has been part of the team for close to 10 years
The team environment is god loyal, strong and bubbly. They use modern equipment & ovens and conventional techniques too to service the needs of the regular work flow and new clients for various types of finishes & lacquers for powder coating items including furniture, railings, stands etc for a growing client base across many sectors and industries.
The business is growing hence the skills of a foreman / supervisor is required to allow strategic growth and management plans to be implemented
They seek the skills of an experienced powder coating professional who has knowledge and experience of scheduling work understanding the levels of stock managing the rotas and essentially being the eyes and ears of the directors while supporting the spray team with there needs to ensure productivity stays at the required levels.
Skills required
