PRIMARY SECTOR – Financial services, selling a mix of digital communications solutions and platforms primarily into banks and insurance companies. Within this sector their products improve the bank and financial institution fraud response activities enhance Customer experience and will be integral to the projects delivered by the Digital Team.
EXPERIENCE – Preferably from the mobile technology sector, or have a strong understanding of mobile technology from a messaging and marketing perspective,
All through innovative communications that provide a suite of alerts and messages, not limited to multi channel automated communications, chat products, 2 – way chat – call centre operations 121 chat
At the core are the customers or employee communication
This position is supported by a lead generation tea
3rd party led generation team
- 8+ years of solution sales experience
- Preferably from the mobile technology sector
- Experience at selling at C- level
- Proven ability to win and secure new business
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
- Frequent attendee of events and exhibitions associated with the mobile technology communication sector
- Ability to present well
