You must be a commercially led individual with a proven record of motivation & leadership within a recruitment business, each Manager must have experience in their desired sectors of recruitment Life Science or Construction (White collar – Perm).
This is the opportunity for a senior manager to be rewarded for hard work through being given the autonomy and support in abundance.
My client has made it very clear that the autonomy is given for each Business Manager to design the strategy, implement the strategy.
Brief summary
Current Scenario
- Manage an existing team of 7 or 14 in the Life Science Division
- Manage and develop existing UK & European relationships for existing PSL and New Business
The plan
The plan is to drive the businesses forward through implementing the strategy, winning and managing new & existing clients across the UK & Europe while motivating the team, assisting them with growing accounts wider and deeper.
- Hiring staff
- Introducing & managing rewards & incentives
- Managing the marketing and branding, messaging, content for communication
