Boasting a prestigious client list, well known brands and working closely with them to deliver consumer and commercial interactive mobile technology & communication solutions.
The pre sales position
This is a key hire, you will be one of 3 pre sales staff, supporting a team of approximately 10 sales professionals that provide a suite of mobile technology & voice solutions not just to operators, also into sectors such as Finance, Logistics, Travel, Contact Centres, Travel, Insurance, and Retail.
Fundamentals of role
A client facing Technical Account Manager that involves Presales & Post Sales responsibilities and objectives that requires you to engage with clients at meetings and through telephone supporting the implementation of their suite of innovative mobile technology voice and cloud based solutions.
Technical knowledge of the following is a prerequisite
- Mobile messaging (SMS)
- Connectivity
- Cloud solutions
- You will be required to attend meetings with and without the sales team
- Draft technical documents that support the sales proposal,
- Respond to RFP’s
- Present the technical implementation process to key decision makers and IT Directors/ CTO’s
