We are introducing video interviewing/CVs to both new and existing clients typically aimed at Sales professionals
If you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant or looking to get into the industry at a Trainee Recruitment Consultant level, then apply now. All you need is a minimum of 24 months sales experience, ideally telemarketing to businesses or field sales to businesses, essentially a new business as well as account management.
The Recruitment Consultant role

- Carry out business development promoting our video interviews /CVs to local and national businesses
- Meet & speak with both new and existing clients
- Manage multiple job campaigns
- Manage your own targeted Job Advertising campaigns on Facebook
- Meet with both candidates and clients to improve your knowledge and ability to fulfil their requirements
- Contribute to the overall goals of the business
Financially benefit from
- A basic salary ranging from £17,000 – £27,000 DOE and £40,000 – £60,000 OTE
